Google seems to be going the wrong way in a hurry... Adwords is becoming more and more of a PITA every day. First the quality score fun-ness, which I'm still struggling to figure out. Now no bulk uploading... I wonder if anyone at Google is listening these days?

I have read all of your blog entries, and all of your posts on wickedfire.

You are like a "one man knowledge base" when it comes to paid search.

I have been doing paid search full time for three years, but I want to up the volume and get more serious about squeezing out incremental ROI -- as it looks like you have, with much success. Your tips are very helpful

Thanks for all your erudite insight and writing. Keep up the great work.
