You could go for a paid premium theme but I would like to see you keep it simple rather than alot of the overly pretentious looks that other blogs go for. As for the blog header, you should capitalise on your "Diorex" trademark and make that your title with the "Random Musings about Internet Marketing" being your subtitle. ...but that's just me.
