Sorry if you guys dont like these job postings, but I have gotten a few quality leads and 1 hire so far from doing this…
We are looking for an Email rockstar. Someone who has run very complicated campaigns. Email is the fastest growing part of our business, and one where the team is growing really fast. I know next to nothing about email and need a right hand person to help us scale this to the 8-12 man department it will become. Right now our email campaigns are put together with duct tape and a few analysts borrowed from other tasks yet we manage to do darn well with it, imagine what a real expert could do…
As always, you will need to work out of our awesome new offices in Dallas - so awesome we moved in last week and are already out of space… No telecommuting.

Nice job offer. I will be waiting for the hustler job to become available. I can write scripts all day to email, but don’t have the experience to run campaigns. Btw like the blog.

I like seeing the job offers. Does the company have a site where I can check you guys out? You have more than enough creds, but if I knew the company name I could check around for external positive references.
